SQUATS + RYGGPASS PÅ GYMMET

ida-wargida-warg-1Igår var jag på gymmet för lite fredagsfys! Så himla underbart och jag njöt av att vara där. Körde squats + ett ryggpass. Har inte gjort chins på hur länge som helst så var lite nervös att det inte skulle gå vägen men det funkade. Brukar alltid köra till fail och brukar klara 3X3 och sedan 2X7 och det gjorde jag igår med men det var knappt. Dags att börja öva upp styrkan där igen och klara ännu fler på raken. Wohoo. //English: Yesterday I was at the gym for a nice back workout + squats. Have not done chins for a while and I was nervous that I should not make it but I did. DO I REALLY WORKOUT JUST 3 TIMES WEEK?

question answerI wonder do you really “Only” workout 3times a day?? you seem to write more often about that you trained the other day or will train today…and you wrote that you train your legs just one day but you follow this squat challenge right? so you make this quats on more than one day? i am just a bit confused since i think you work out a lot more than you just wrote here :) <3

SVAR: Hi sweetie! I only workout 3 times week, monday, wednesday and friday. Sometimes when I have a lot of energy I do an extra workout but its not often. You are right about the squats and now I do squats in my leg workout, before my pole dance lesson and before my back workout. So squats 3 times/week but then on my ”workout days”. Then I do 10-40min yoga every morning just to stretch out my body. Thats it 🙂 Its a perfect schedule and my body have time to recover 🙂

GREEN SMOOTHIE BOWL – BÄSTA STARTEN PÅ DAGEN

grön-smoothiegrön-smoothie-ida-warg-1grön-smoothie-ida-wargImorse käkade jag en grymt good grön smoothie/smoothie bowl till frukost. Så himla fräscht och en grym start på dagen. Mixa 1 banan, 1/2 fryst mango, 1 skopa proteinpulver, 1/2 pressad citron, 1 tsk chlorella, en bäve fryst spenat, 2 matskedar aloe vera och toppa med hampa frön, solrosfrön, frysta hallon och kokos. MUMS!

//English: This morning I had a tasty green smoothie/smoothie bowl for breakfast. So fresh and the best start of the day! Mix 1 banana, half frozen mango, 1 scoop protein powder, 1/2 lemon juice, 1 teaspoon chlorella, frozen spinach, 2 tablespoons aloe vera and top with hemp seeds, sunflower seeds, frozen raspberries and coconut. YUMMIE!
