För er som följer mig i min app på Mikz har säkert läst inlägget där jag skriver att jag blir mobbad. Jag vill bara säga tack snälla alla ni som skickat mail och kommentarer med massa kärlek. Det värmer otroligt mycket! Jag är så tacksam att jag har er och att jag till 99% får bara snälla kommentarer här på bloggen. Ni är bannemej bäst! TIPS PÅ NYTTIG FRUKOST

English: Here´s a recipe on a simple and nutritious breakfast or snack. I rely love goji berries and mulberries. So sweet and tasty to have on yoghurt. 

RECEPT NYTTIG FRUKOST // RECIPE HEALTHY BREAKFAST

200g fullfet Grekisk yoghurt // 200g full fat greek yoghurt

1 msk krossade linfrön // 1 tbsp crushed falxseeds

1-2 msk ekologiska gojibär // 1-2 tbsp organic goji berries

1-2 msk ekologiska mullbär // 1-2 tbsp organic mulberrys

50g hackade kastanjer/naturella nötter // 50g crushed chestnuts/natural nuts

EAT BEFORE OR AFTER BREAKFAST?

Hi Ida! Unfortunately I can’t understand what do you say in the video…although I would love to know what do you say above gluten…maybe you can tell me here something about it?!
By the way: You look great in the video: very beautiful! :)
Then I have another question, which iss really important for my workout.planning: when do you eat before you do workout? Because I love to do sport in the morning (and because of my temporally planning) and so I don’t know if I can eat some fruits with soja-yoghurt in the morning or a banana or something or do I ruin my weight-losing-plan?

At the end I have to say that your blog is so inspiring to my and since I do your workout (from the videos) I’m feeling so much better…but I have to be more patient ;)

ANSWER: Hi Melanie and thank you so much for your comment.  I eat gluten-free because my stomach do not like gluten or dairy at all. It makes me tired and it gives me brain fog in the afternoon. I also had/have so much problem with my stomach and to excluding gluten and dairy products it has become so much better, i´m more alert and have better recovery after exercise. If you have problem with your stomach, headache, eczema, bad skin or feeling tired or have pain in your joints I really recommend to try a gluten and dairy free diet for 2-3 month to see if it gets better.

Now to your questions… It all depends on your total calorie intake. If you can preform 100% without eating before workout it´s fine but if not eat before. I can do power walk or yoga without eating but not weight lifting and harder cardio. I like to take a protein shake with 1 scoop protein powder + water before workout and then eat a real breakfast after.
